My burnout experience was 10 years ago. Burnout isn’t necessary. It’s preventable and recoverable and yet many people are still getting burned out.

In this podcast my guests and I share our real-life experiences with burnout. We get into the science of stress and share actionable tips on how to prevent burnout and how to recover from it. Together we will:

I’m Hannah Holden, ex-Management Consultant, burnout survivor and specialist. I help consultants who are experiencing burnout get intentional about their choices and rebuild their energy, so that they can recover and get back to loving life.
