11. Reducing the Risk of Gym Injuries

Injuries happen. They are impossible to "prevent." However, we can reduce the chance of hurting ourselves when training if we are smart about the way we train. In this episode, Rob explains how to train hard while keeping the injury risk relatively low. Technique, volume, intensity, recovery, mood, and many other factors play a role in injuries, so it's important to understand how to train hard safely.
