And how do I build an easy-to-use product?
How can I get feedback to improve the service or product?
Describe it like a result – Say what outcome the customer will get, not what features it has.
Activity Task:
Ask for feedback immediately, share your idea with 10 people in your target group and ask:
Would you use this? Would you pay for it? Why or why not?
Create a customer profile (Name, Age, Location, Problem, etc).
