Dr. Julia Sen is a clinical and counselling psychologist of South Asian descent with a full-time private practice in Toronto. She is the 10th generation of Dr. Sen and is known as the Possibility Psychologist™ because she believes with awareness and intention, we can create unlimited possibilities. She has two daughters, priyana who is 19 and a singer-songwriter, and Talina who is 22 completing her degree in Architectural Engineering. Julia has been practicing for over 20 years and is passionate about helping other South Asian parents learn how to build unconditional confidence in their children and themselves, so they can be genuinely happy and successful. She just launched The IBY (I Believe in You) League: a South Asian parents collective where we learn how to raise our children to have unconditional confidence.
