On today's episode, Avi chats with Dr. Amani Jambhekar who is a breast surgeon oncologist currently building a breast cancer program in Houston, TX. They talk about Dr. Jambhekar's decision to obtain an MBA degree and how an MBA can help in the medical field. Dr. Jambhekar also shares her experiences of being a female in the surgical field, her work in advocating for pre-med, medical students and residents, and the importance of advocating for the BIPOC community.
