Jay's dedication to keeping her son safe and educating others about living with food allergies led her to become a support group leader and allergy awareness educator. Over the past eight years, she has navigated the challenges of raising a child with food allergies, continuously learning and evolving along the way. Through personalized support and guidance, Jay has helped numerous families navigate the complexities of life with food allergies.
Recognizing the need for personal growth and development, Jay pursued qualifications as an NLP Practitioner, further enhancing her ability to support others effectively. Now, as a food allergy coach, she is passionate about empowering parents and individuals to take ownership of their lives and not allow allergy diagnoses to define them. By leveraging her coaching skills, Jay has created a safe and inclusive environment for her family, including adapting meal plans and communication strategies to accommodate her son's allergies.
