This week Brent and Jake are back again! They are discussing AirTags not working, Brent wanting an android, and then they get to car talk. Brent tells Jake about Dodge/Chryslers new warranty program and the new Hennessy Demon motor. Jake explains why he doesn’t believe it’s even close to enough to save them. The boys get into how Ford biffed the Range Rover when they took it over from BMW. Brent and Jake get into a heated argument about how beautiful the XK8 was and is. They discuss all-timer good looks on cars. They discuss performance wing branding on regular cars.

This week Jake and Brent are back! We start off talking about the new Celica leak Toyota did through their anime. We talk about Halo cars and why Dom Toretto is the only reason Dodge is surviving. Brent shared his instagram login and regrets it immediately. Jake talks about Japanese cars and the American market. The boys talk about how nice the new Genesis lineup is. Jake tells Brent about the one time Dodge/Chrysler beat everyone to the punch before the dropped the ball forever. Brent tells Jake about GMs new V8 program. The guys both think the way people classify hypercars is stupid. Jake asserts the Trailblazer SS is the unsung hero of the LS cars. The guys talk about that huge Superbird loss at auction. Brent tells Jake all about his new E-Bike.

This week Brent starts out telling Jake about how he got mis-aged. Jake wants Brent to explain why both Audi and Porsche are getting involved in F1 (seems they are not). Jake gets excited about Cadillac coming to F1 and they end up talking about R Corvettes. They talk about the early days of sports car insurance. Brent tells Jake about a lung cleaning drink he’s trying that’s made from mushrooms. They discuss the new Honda Prelude and what is cool and what is disappointing about it. Jake gets upset about the mismanagement of MotorTrend TV. Jake professes his love for Jay Leno again. The boys get into how pop culture changes car interest and Jake talks about how 67-68 Camaros have hit a sweet spot. Brent still doesn’t understand vacuum. The Honda-Nissan-Mistubishi merger is super exciting to Jake. Brent wants to know what went wrong at Nissan in the first place. Jake closes it out by getting Brent way too excited about the BMW i8.

This week Jake has his car back! Brent is about to get his car back! It’s a wild time at BDG. Brent breaks down what bad work he had to have corrected. The fellas talk about GM/Cadillac coming to F1. Jake gushes about the Buick V6 and talks about why everyone at F1 is screwed now. The boys fall back in love with the ATS-V Coupe. Brent finds out about the Cadillac Cien and the Sollei. The boys talk about pre-VW Lambo reliability. They talk about the new Celica, how the new Supra is just probably claiming actual power, and why FWD is stupid. Jake gets into how complexity is bad for long term ownership with cars. They wrap the show up talking about what Jaaaag is up to…

This week Jake starts off by telling Brent about Bentonville and the Big Diamond Comedy Festival. Brent then tells Jake about Billings and the Big Sky Comedy Festival. The boys discuss why Management isn’t interested in Brent and his schedule. Jake gets very excited about Geico dropping insurance on Cybertrucks. The fellas also get into the Chinese car market a little bit. Jake defends Buick with his whole heart and Brent gives him a pop quiz that he aces.

This week the boys start out talking about a beverage they had that they didn’t care for. Then Jake and Brent talk about Toyota Australias new V8 Supra. Jake talks about how every good car we have now is because Aussies rule. Brent asks Jake also talk about Porsches new 6 stroke motor and why it’s so cool. The boy discuss the hydrogen cars and infrastructure and if they think it'll work. Jake tells Brent about the new Zr1 Corvette and they get a little excited. 

This week Jake and Brent talk about why new cars suck again. Brent is ready to give up on cars, loves calling Jake out for wanting the MR2, and thinks Toyota gives a shit about golf. Jakes very excited about the video he saw of a cybertruck and a C4 corvette, he’s also ready to be in debt for the new MR2, and loves seeing a supercar running a Thule. The boys also talk about the new Prelude. Brent asks Jake to explain why concept cars are a thing in the first place. Jake still wants the 2003 Nomad concept. Brent tells Jake about the new Red Bull car.

This week the boys talk about how car YouTube seems to be falling apart. Jake and Brent also talk about drivers that started old. Jake talks about how cool what McLaren has pulled off truly is. Brent has big old van plans! Jake has big doubts about his AC plan. Brent explains a recent hack to Jake. Brent learns the term shooting brake (again). The fellas wrap it up shopping for GTOs.

This week the boys are discussing a 32 Hudson Jake wants to buy. The boys talk about the pitfall of looking at different cars while your current car is broken. Brent talks about the downfall of Tesla and gets Jake all excited. The fellas discuss BMW and Toyota having hydrogen plans. Jake explains gas octane ratings to Brent.  Jake and Brent also discuss how Musk is a confidence-man. The boys discuss bespoke coach built cars. Jake explains shooting brakes and British car manufacturer names to Brent. It’s a long one folks!

This week Jake tries to talk Brent into a first generation Honda CRV. Jake also expresses his love of the original Rav 4 two doors. The boys discuss what they think the next classic cars will be. Brent has a theory about the M badging shenanigans at BMW, is more disappointed in his rental Jeep than he thought possible, and gets Jake riled up about dash plastics. Jake wishes Edsel had been handed the company. The fellas arrive at the decision that Brent has too much cam on the BMW. Will Brent have a new Kia on the next episode?

This week the boys talk about the dang Yangwang. Jake tells Brent about the BMW/Ford Land Rovers. Jake tells Brent about his favorite low-key car show on tv right now. The fellas talk about how certain cylinder combos are easier to balance. Brent also explains the Toyota Tundra recall. Jake admits how he feels about diesel.

This week the boys talk about the Supra sales and future of the car. Did the M sport badge water down true M cars? The fellas recap Jakes amazing car guessing abilities on Chubby Behemoth. Jake believes the first gen Audi R8 with the v8 is an all timer. The boys discuss why C7 Corvettes are way overpriced. The XLR-V is an ignorant decision that Jake really wants to make. Hyundai announced the price of the N.74 and the boys are pretty upset about it.

This week the boys start off talking about T-5 transmissions. There’s some Van culture talk, Brent talks about Benz new autonomous car, and we talk about the tesla combustion engine rumor. Jake hates Mercedes new sunroofs. Jake teaches Brent about Sciroccos. Will DMC ever actually come back? The boys are super excited about the tiny Toyota rumors. Jake and Brent talk about ABC Kei cars. They also talk about Porsche widow makers and why the car did that.

Will the Tesla Roadster happen? Jake is very upset about 4 doors being labeled coupes. Brent learns that the VW Rabbit came in a pickup variety and wants to mid engine one now. The Touareg is the best version of the Touareg, especially the V10 TDI. The boys think Porsche is out of line with their new naming conventions for electric cars. Alcantara fabric stinks and Jake can’t pronounce it. Brent likes himself a Lexus wood wheel and Jake tells him about Nardi wheels.

Why aren’t we drifting deuce coupes? Brent got excused. Jake and Brent get into the history of car manufacturing. They discuss how the changes in cars now aren’t as important as the changes during the 60’s. Jake talks about how ZZ Top kind of ruined hot rod culture. Brent has developed a Forza/simulator addiction. Brent shares some racing advice he received that makes Jake lose his mind with frustration.

This week the boys saw an eclipse. Jake explains the list of stuff the Buick is having done. Brent is having a rough customer experience. Jake talks about how Buick accidentally put their engine a little further back. The boys get into their feelings on the new Integra. 

This week the boys are joined by Matt DePalo (Director of engineering for Carbon High Performance), he helped out with the Z3 and E46 builds, he’s a huge LS fan, and an all around dope fella. Brent is on his second former drug dealer car, Matt tells us about a sketchy car trade, and tells us about his new Nissan 240 drift car. Matt also teaches Brent a little bit about why durability costs so much on a custom car build. The fellas talk usable vs unusable power. Matt tells Jake about a chassis swapped 51 Chevy on a Lexus. Jake and Matt geek out on the transmission in his 1962 Buick. Finally the boys talk about Porsches E-Fuel and how Jake and Brent trust Mr. Bean.

This week the boys discuss their broke down cars. Brent thinks he has bad luck working on cars, he thinks he is finally ready to sell the Z3, and is stoked on the Hyundai retro EVs. Jake explained the Buicks steering and frame specialties. Jake thinks Hyundai will be the new BMW in his heart, and talks about the N Vision 74. The boys wrap it up talking about the truck tariff.

This week the boys start off by talking about some more race cheating! They wish that NASCAR was still cars we could go buy, they’re afraid of the used car market in the future, and Brent updates Jake on F1 going ons. Brent wants to champ car race! Are reality shows a good way to get people into watching racing?

This week the boys get excited about 7 speed manual transmission. They talk about the manual cars that are left on the market in 2024. Jake wants a GR86 so bad that Brent starts to think it’s a good idea too. Is this the last real generation of sports cars?! Jake breaks the news to Brent that the new Z is lame, then he explains that the 135i is sent from car heaven.
