Ben is the founder of Unstoppable Music Group, entrepreneur and outreach manager at the Association of Independent Music and the co-founder of Power Up - so you could say he's a pretty busy guy. 

Ben chats to me all about Power Up, his long-term initiative which supports Black music creators, industry professionals and executives, as well as addressing anti-Black racism and racial disparities in the music sector.
