There can be three reasons behind this situation.

The second reason may be that you have the wrong goal. Ask yourself: is this really what I want? Is it my goal?

The third reason is liking the goal itself more than the process that helps to achieve it. Ask yourself in a journal: am I truly aware that I will not reach my destination without taking action?
