One reason why I am really excited about this episode is that it is not very often that you find someone who is both a scientist and a Yoga instructor.

Arnaud Complainville, Managing Partner at NeuroMindfulness® Institute, is a neuroscientist who can tell you all about the mechanics of the breath, but he is also a Yogi who will remind you to bring some juicy attention to that reminder.

I know him as one of my mentors, friends, and one of the funniest people I know.

In this episode, we are discussing breathwork, Yoga, and meditation from a scientific point of view and from an energy point of view. They are one and the same, actually, we are just looking differently at it.
