She has been a sales and marketing professional for 12 years, with some of the best-in-class organizations such as Coca-Cola, Dabur and Ranbaxy. Her last marketing assignment was running the rapidly growing and highly profitable OTC portfolio of Volini (INR 100cr+).
As a coach, she specializes in career transition coaching enabling leaders who have taken on more senior roles to settle in and rise up to new challenges of the CXO role. Themes that she has worked on include stakeholder management, building executive presence, developing people, becoming an inspiring communicator etc . She has coached leaders across FMCG, manufacturing, real estate, Finance, NGOs, engineering and IT StartUps.
She is CEO of A Brighter Life, an organization meant to create inner transformation and enable people to live a joyful and successful life in the corporate world and beyond.
