Despite the lack of evidence, Brian was railroaded through a broken legal system and sentenced to a decade of prison and parole.
Brian reclaimed his life in 2012 when he was fully exonerated.
Freedom restored, Brian went on to play for the Atlanta Falcons in 2003, fulfilling his dream of playing in the NFL. In 2017, as the co-host of ‘Final Appeal’ on Oxygen Network, Brian searched to uncover the truth behind controversial cases that may have led to wrongful convictions.
Today, Brian is published Author, subject of a feature film (Brian Banks 2019), and an internationally-recognized public/motivational speaker inspiring global communities with his unforgettable, life affirming story of resilience, redemption and triumph over adversity and injustice.
