One of our favorite things about interviewing nano-breweries is that they're small enough to test and try new things. Jay over at Penny Pinchers loves to explore new flavors what that means for us every time we stop by Penny Pinchers we get to try a new great beer. While Jay is known for pushing the limits with his beer that doesn't mean he doesn't do everything possible to make sure the beer being served is perfect for their patrons. This episode is a lot of fun and if you heard our interview with them during the Mass Brewers Guild Freshman class you're in for almost a completely different story but isn't that what craft beer is , alway evolving.
