Sienna interviews Marilynn Preston an Emmy-winning TV producer, award-winning journalist, best-selling author, and well-being expert.

She is the author of All is Well: the Art and Science of Personal Well-Being. Her new “Covid-Edition” has just hit the book stores. As a journalist for the Chicago Tribune, she had the longest-running (40 years) health and fitness column. She also produced the Emmy-winning TV series on sports, fitness, and adventure called "Energy Express”.
