Over the past year, Sarah Curnoles has faced challenges in her own coaching business, including losing consulting work and clients. Sarah went through a period of panic, shame, and self-doubt when her business hit a rough patch. She struggled to follow her own advice about self-compassion and getting out of a "tailspin."
