We dive into Home Plate Youth's crucial mission: uplifting and empowering young people (ages 12-24) experiencing housing instability in Washington County, Oregon.

Home Plate Youth meets young people where they are, providing a safe, judgement-free community and offering a range of vital services, including:

• Street Outreach: Connecting with youth in parks, transit centers, and other locations to provide resources and support.
• Drop-In Centers: Offering meals, showers, laundry facilities, basic needs supplies, and a supportive community.
• Education Programs: Assisting youth in obtaining GEDs, exploring educational opportunities, and accessing scholarships.
• Employment Programs: Providing job readiness training, job coaching, resume and cover letter creation, and interview preparation.
• Housing Programs: Supporting youth in finding and maintaining stable housing.
