
Eliza is multi faceted in the area of Yoga and Mindfulness, which she has been doing for over 25 years. I have had the pleasure of being a part of the journey for a good half of that time and have grown as a result of her practice. She was a valuable resource during lockdowns in Covid. In this interview she shares her values and ways that Yoga and mindfulness has helped her in her relationship of nearly 40 years! I really like her metaphor of Meditation and Relationships - That if something is off kilter, bring it back, pause and bring it back on track.
