Fear is a thought that exists in our minds. Most of our fears have no reality unless we feed into them. Your constant thought registers to your subconscious mind which operates 24/7 and that in turn, comes to pass, positive or negative. The way to overcome fear is to face fear itself, by doing the thing you are afraid to do. This is how fear won't have control over your life.
