Today...I was very nervous, and I have a confession to make. I love Chicken. I've tried to go Vegan many times, unsuccessfully.
I like Meat, and I don't like the Meat Alternative brands. Leo thinks he has the solution.
Yum Bug is an edible insects company, that really stands out from the market.
Most of the insect solutions on the market are powders, bars etc. So they're very difficult to actually integrate into your life at scale (they're also very expensive).
Yum Bug creates things like Mince and Strips which mimic the Meat we have today.
Its not super processed like many of the alternatives on the market, has more protein and nutrients than most of the meat we're used to on the diet.
I try it LIVE...and I was seriously impressed.
It really does taste pretty similar, and its way better for the planet.
And with population booming, and our diets increasing in quantity, could be the solution to the issues the meat industry creates.
