Mandy Nyarko MBE is a highly accomplished and respected businesswoman, social entrepreneur, and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and communities to realize their full potential and lead purposeful lives.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions to business and society, Mandy was awarded the prestigious Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the Queen's Birthday Honours in 2020. She was honored for her work in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and for her role in supporting entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mandy is a passionate advocate for social justice and human rights. She is a frequent speaker on topics such as gender equality, racial justice, and youth empowerment and has served as a trustee of several nonprofit organizations, including the African Foundation for Development (AFFORD) and the Black South West Network.
