Part 2: This is a 2 part episode, and in this segment I sit down with Babak & Farzaneh (Fran) Tamandani.  We explore the connection between your environment and mindset, thoughts and emotions and experiences that are produced as a direct result of your thoughts. Aside from having grown up with them as children in Iran and they are my dear cousins, they both are on their own path to self-discovery, spirituality, and happiness, and in many ways similar to what you may be experiencing. 
We explore Fran's grapple with episodes of depression, and her struggle to pull out of the darkness that was consuming her. How she was able to overcome it, and how the change in perception and outlook in life can be a HUGE game changer on the road to healing and to creating a better and happier life.
