Opinion: Ditching the Diets
In this mini rant, I’ll be talking about my views on dieting, and why dieting never seemed to work for me. I’ll be talking about how I went from restricting and overeating to finding balance in what I eat! (Note (AND SPOILER hehe): I had little brain freeze at the end of the episode… I meant to say that “I don’t think that I’ll ever diet again”)
