1. Put your phone on Do Not Disturb mode

2. Skip unnecessary warm-up & stretching

3. Follow a written plan

4. Prioritise bilateral compound lifts

5. Opt for cables/machines

6. Utilise supersets

7. Utilise AMRAP/EMOM & rest/pause

8. Set up the next exercise in rest periods

9. Go during less busy times

10. Be prepared
