We're asking for your, short, 2-5 min voice clips (recorded via notes app, text voice memo, talking into our phones after class, or via any method that feels good to you then texted or emailed our way. We just ask that you don't use Instagram because we aren't able to save those). If you don't want your name to be shared, just let us know. Also, if you're more comfortable sending a written story, that's great. We're happy to read those ourselves and share your story that way. Can't wait to hear all the great stories out there in this community!
