It's that time of year again. The sun is out, the shorts are short, and the days are long. These long balmy days call for bright refreshing wines, wines that cleanse the palate and help make this heat a bit more bearable. Of course the go-to is Rosé. Whether from Provence, Oregon, New Zealand, Upstate NY, or anywhere inbetween, Rosé has long been hailed as the official wine of summer, and deservedly so. With so many Rosés on the market the choices can be overwhelming. In the past we have covered new world and old world and canned version of this summer time treat.
