Bornwinner Basketball: #1 Reason Basketball Players Fail

✅My goal is to reach 1000000 basketball players and help grow the next generation of SMART basketball players. SMART stand for
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Realistic
Time

✅I believe that most players fail because we as coaches and trainers haven’t fully grasped the concept of setting SMART goals or our players. If you want to be a professional at anything you must have gone through 10000 hours of experience so yes if you want to become a professional basketball player you must log 10000 hours of training. I challenge you to start today you can do 1 hr 2 hrs whatever you do just start your 10000 hr journey.

1. Set goals understand your strengths and weaknesses know where you are in result is in reverse engineer your steps to reach that goal.
2. Take it day by day understand it’s a journey nothing will happen overnight but if you continuously and consistently set daily goals it will help you reach your bigger goal.
3. Seek out qualified trainers and coaches that could help Fastrak your progression
4. Master the basics don’t try to get too fancy work on things that will get you immediate results
5. Work on your game daily Repetition is the mother mastery only way you’ll get better is to consistently work on your strengths and weaknesses
