I have gone from being homeless as a teenager to a career in the military before getting my education.I am a chiropractic physician that emphasizes functional movement and exercise based therapy to improve quality of life through improving their movement patterns. I am also a strength and conditioning coach, a high school powerlifting coach, a published author on parent/teen relationships, a husband, a father of 5 children, and a public speaker on health, education, parent/teen issues, and personal motivation. My book, The Pillars of Powerful Parenting: Guess What Your Teen Told Me Today, is a Christian-based foundational script on improving parent/teen relationships as a result of my time as a Christian, high school teacher, and a coach. I have also written an accompanying study guide and coaching service to help parents and their teens. I am now writing a book on success principles that I have learned and used along the way through my journey.
