Episode 14 - Nikita - Womb healing, sensuality, femininity, body confidence, spirit babies

Nikita shares about her lineage, growing up in Switzerland with Indian parents. She discusses the spiritual significance of the Golden Temple in Amritsar and the deep connection her parents have with it. Nikita shares her journey of how womb healing began with her own struggles with body shame and trauma. She now combines ancient rituals from India and Tibet with modern science to help women heal and thrive in their bodies. Womb healing involves connecting with the womb, releasing stored emotions and trauma, and developing a loving relationship with oneself. In this conversation, Nikita discusses the importance of womb healing and connecting with our feminine energy. She shares how womb healing can help women release trauma, shame, and pain, and create a deeper relationship with their bodies. Nikita also talks about the significance of having a loving relationship with our periods and how it can empower young girls. She emphasizes the need to have open conversations about menstruation and the beauty of the female body. Additionally, Nikita discusses her work in helping women with anxiety and reconnecting with themselves.
