Bonus episode 13 - Malin - Post natal anxiety, Breastfeeding struggles, Febrile convulsions

This week is Maternal mental health awareness week - It is a week for us to discuss issues surrounding maternal mental health and what we can do to stand by eachother and raise awareness for the issue which is a pandemic in itself. We must start by supporting woman whole heartedly and doing all we can to reduce birth trauma which is the number one cause for post natal depression and PTSD.

This is a beautiful conversation with Marlin, a nutritional health coach, about her experience with postpartum anxiety and her daughter's febrile convulsions. Marlin shares her journey of feeling alone and struggling with the challenges of motherhood. She discusses her fears leading up to the birth, her difficulties with breastfeeding, and the emotional toll of postpartum. Marlin also opens up about her daughter's febrile convulsions and the fear and uncertainty that came with it. She emphasizes the importance of self-care and trusting one's intuition as a mother.
