Sometimes I worry that I am not accurately representing how I manage my BPD day to day through the content that I typically put out. So I decided to try something different! This episode is a little insight into some of the thought patterns or behaviours I continue to manage day to day, how I reacted, skills I may have used, and what I feel about it now.
