4 mint leaves

.75oz simple syrup

2oz bourbon

Add Lemon quarters to shaker and muddle

Add mint, simple syrup and bourbon

Add ice and then shake

Add crushed ice to glass

Double strain into glass

Garnish with last lemon quarter and mint sprig
