The Booze Break Podcast is a diary of my journey taking a break from alcohol as well as looking into the different ways to help sustain a break from the booze! We’ll be going through the ups and downs as I circumnavigate my way through work, family life and social situations without the hooch. I’ll be delving into the general benefits of living alcohol free and tackling topics such as socialising without alcohol, the health benefits of taking a break from booze and creating new healthy habits.
