One of our biggest energy drains during the day is distractions! We are pulled in a hundred different directions, and none of them are supporting our values or goals or moving any balls down any fields.
Do you feel me? In the overwhelm of all the hats we wear, we need to be able to take back our focus and regain our energy and health.
