Day 3 - I watched a documentary this morning on the Tao Te Ching (道德经)and was reminded of the importance of remembering Nature’s WayWe are not above Nature, we ARE NatureBut because we have a mind that allows us to make decisions to align to it or not.. we are responsible for the times we step out of line with NatureThe menstrual cycle is a great tool to see if we are acting out of ego or in alignment with our highest goodI think I’m going to read more about this - if you have any fav Taoist books or films send them to me 🙏✨🫶
