Be disciplined.

I know this one is a hard one for many people, but there is no other way to improve your life and be fit for life. The pain of discipline is less severe than the pain of wanting to. But don’t let me persuade you to become disciplined, just compare disciplined people with people who are not. You will see the differences. 

I can only tell you that being disciplined has changed my life completely. 

Weight loss and being fit is not only about exercising and eating healthy, it also includes knowing how to navigate life. When you know how to live life, you make your health a priority and you continue progressing.
