Meet the second (human) body of water to join me on the Bodies of Water podcast, Lauren Sparks. Founding Director of the IndoOcean Project,
Ocean Professional, Dive instructor, marine biologist, conservationist, educator, photographer, and lover.
Describe your relationship to water and how it found you?
It's been in and around me forever. I come from lake country Canada but spent my summers in Prince Edward Island and winters with family in Florida. As long as I can remember the ocean has fascinated me in every way.
What's one sustainability habit or action that you've adopted?
Minimal impact living and shark fin free flying.
Do you have a challenge for our listeners related to water wellness or sustainability?
