In this week’s episode I had my bestie Gisell come in for the second time on the pod to talk about being sad. Specifically what we do when we’re feeling down, we also mention when we think would be a good sign to reach out to one another. I wanted to bring her in during Mental Health Awareness Month because we were able to work through a lot in the past year & were able to be there for each other when we were going through things.
