
The metrics of success by today's society is usually revolving money, fame and success. It is rare to hear about empathy, morals or character being something of importance. The pandemic has made this question even more pertinent; as more people struggle with feelings of loneliness and despair, the scorn that such individuals face from those around them for struggling with their mental health is heartbreaking. Where or when did human society leave behind our moral compass? Can we regain it, and quickly?
