
When are you getting married? Oh, when are you going to give me grandkids? The nightmare of every major family gathering or social event. Is having children a basic tenet of human society? Is it encoded in our genetics? We argue that while the basic premise is to live beyond our live; which means to say passing down our knowledge, skills and values to a new generation, we look at the ideas of adoption, or showing care and concern for all children of society, whether we are related by blood, or not.
