
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree - that's the adage we've all heard from time to time. How much of this is true? How much can we accept that the nature of a person is intrinsic and very little can be done to change the future outcomes of a person, or can we also argue that the concept of nurturing someone can help turn the tides in our favour. We also look at a phrase we tend to forget: that everyone is inherently good at our core.
