Bluebird Broadcast is an ever-growing collection of audio theatre, full of original works written by a diverse spectrum of playwrights and performed by brilliant actors from an international casting pool. Bluebird Broadcast's mission is to perpetuate stories worth listening to -- inherently meaning that the broad spectrum of representation in age, class, race, gender, sexuality, and ability strive to be honored. Both in the stories told and by whom they are written and performed, it is important to the project that they are done justice and granted ample awareness. Submissions are open to playwrights worldwide, with no restrictions, as are voice actor applications. For production, we choose pieces that align with the Bluebird Theatre Company mission statement; that bring to life stories that spark curiosity, challenge perception, and inspire human connection, with the aim to leave an indelible, positive imprint on the soul.
