Being Brave in the Dark - Travis and Emily Gribble

Travis Gribble is a retired law enforcment officer with 24 years total. Travis retired from the city of Mesa where he spent a large portion of his career as a SWAT Operator encountering the highest of high risk calls and dealing with the most violent offenders society had to offer. The cumulative mental trauma and ultimately a defining moment brought Travis to his proverbial knees mentally and began his journey towards healing himself. Travis sought therapy with the help of his wife, Emily, (who is also former law enforcement) as well as culturally competent therapists who understand the rigors of the first responder world and what they deal with. Travis moved to the mountains of Montana. While in Montana he started to share his story with local law enforcement which ultimately led to him to start his organization which now travels around the country and offering first responders their services and connects with local therapists in the first responder world. Travis can be reached at myarenallc.com as well as on Instragram IG: My_.Arena
