South Georgian Bay is well known for its cycling trails and tours but the municipalities can be doing better for the cycling community by creating a more inviting environment. Bill teaches us about the importance of being a community leader and volunteering - he also voices his opinion on how our local politicians should be looking at the bigger picture.
