Mental Health Awareness, Let's Talk About It

In acknowledgment of mental health awareness month, this episode features Sy and Fleeks alongside podcast dministrator Christina Ford, talking with Debi Herrera and Dawn Scott. They are mental health counselors who are also visually impaired. They will be talking about some of the symptoms of anxiety and depressive disorders, how to overcome certain aspects of the struggle, and misconceptions about mental health treatment. They will also be talking about their partnership with Dr. Judith Cepeda called, "Focus On Hope Counseling" through which they providing mental health counseling for the blind and low-vision community.
