But recently, a university interview turned the spotlight on me, and it sparked something I couldn’t ignore. This moment made me realize it’s time to take my own advice. To stop hiding behind the work and bring my full voice to the front. I’ve spent years telling Black women to own their power, use their voice, and honor their truth.

Now I’m doing the same. In this episode, I’m officially sharing why Black Women Amplified is going on sabbatical, and how that space made room for what’s next—The Monica Wisdom Podcast. This isn’t a rebrand. It’s a return. A reclamation.

A decision to stop playing small and step fully into my own voice. You’ll hear the story behind the shift, what it’s teaching me, and what to expect as I move forward in a more visible, personal, and powerful way.
