You're not Okay, Sis: Depression Hits Us Hard

This week I'm joined by Sharr Smith, MA. Known to many friends as the Soul Soother and Energy Whisperer, Sharr Smith is an Intuitive Coach, Spiritual Teacher, & Empathic Healer and she is sharing her raw and real testimony of moving through depression.

We discussed trauma and severe almost fatal depression and how she found her light at the end of tunnel and is now using that light to illuminate the path for others. To book a reading or services with Sharr Smith, you can find her at www.luminoussoullove.com and on Instagram and Facebook @LuminousSoulLove.

**This episode discusses suicide so please listen with care and if you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself, you are not alone. Please reach out for help. One resource you can call at anytime (you don't even have to be having suicidal thoughts just be in emotional distress) is the

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255

As always, this podcast is not a substitute for a therapeutic relationship. Here are two resources to find a licensed therapist.
