“My Mental Matters In May” With Judge Sheila Calloway ✌🏽

(Original airing date was scheduled for May 31st, but was pushed back due to some audio difficulties)

Good Morning Nashville ☀️

BACK TO BACK EPISODES! YOU HEARD IT HERE, TWO EPISODES, ONE DAY, LETS GET INTO TODAY’S EPISODE! 🔥

We are rounding out the last day in May, and man what a month it has been. Nashville has had a plethora of mental health conferences, events, and resources that were made accessible to everyone throughout this month. Now what we have to do as a city, is not wait until May, but go hard for mental health every month out the year. That’s what we aim to do, and we hope that once you hear our episode(s), you’ll want to do the same.

Today’s episode is a good one! Our FINAL GUEST for our “My Mental Matters In May” Season is none other than our beloved Davidson County Juvenile Court Judge, Mrs. Sheila Calloway ⭐️. A proud native of Louisville, TN, she made her way down to Nashville and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications in 1991 and later obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1994.

On the show today, we talk less about “court mumbo jumbo”, and more about how Judge Calloway is doing on a daily basis. It has to be one of the toughest jobs having literally lives in your hands, so we strayed away from what the news does everyday, and decided to just talk to her about her life itself. Judge Calloway loves to sing during her off time, a devout church member and choir director, and finds joy everyday in being a mother to her son. We know you’re going to enjoy today’s podcast, so sit down, grab a cub of your favorite beverage, and tune in!

THAT CONCLUDES OUR “MY MENTAL MATTERS IN MAY” SEASON. 🧠💯
