Coming off the coattails of Pee Wee’s Big Adventure Tim Burton went back to his Frankenweenie roots and dished out this somehow PG rated delve into who haunts who! Michael Keeton would get into his first iconic Burton costume and in less than 20 minutes change the brains of people like me forever. This film takes “I see dead people” to its roots, has an awesome dance scene that has haunted folks ever since, a dune warship sand worm, and some of the funniest dead people ever shown on film.
