The Power of Peer Support

For most people, self-diagnosing with ADHD comes after a lot of research and what follows is getting a professional diagnosiss

Naomi and Opus are have been through this, brought together through the ADHD Babes community, they they now host group sessions and support the growth of the peer support community.

In this episode, they take us through the journey of getting their diagnosis, their lives before and after, and what their support systems look like.

We also get to learn about the ADHD Babes support group and how it helps black women by creating a safe space to address issues surrounding people living with ADHD.
