Now 2020 has been a crazy year and a year of overcoming and persevering. With that being said we are ending the year with episode number 10 with   Constance Collins.  

She shares her story about not only surviving but also thriving in the mist of challenges and life threatening adversity.  We are talking about two dialysis surgeries, two transplants, and Lupus flares. 

You all are not going to want to miss this warrior story of what it is like living and traveling abroad with a chronic illness. Also Constance is training for the Transplant Games next Summer so go show her some love and support on her social media.
